Acceptable Use Policy

1. Strict Off-Platform Payment Policy

⚠️ Off-Platform Circumvention is Prohibited

All financial transactions, deposit escrows, and milestone releases MUST be conducted through Zoodo Marketplace using approved payment channels (Lipila Mobile Money & Card Escrow). Soliciting or offering off-platform payments (cash, external bank transfers, direct mobile transfer outside escrow) will result in immediate permanent account suspension.

2. Prohibited Content & Projects

Users are strictly prohibited from posting projects, offering services, or submitting proposals related to:

  • Malware, ransomware, phishing scripts, or unauthorized hacking tools.
  • Academic dishonesty, essay-writing services, or exam impersonation.
  • Fraudulent identity creation, fake document generation, or financial scam schemes.
  • Adult content, illegal gambling platforms, or unlicensed medical advice.
  • Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or threats of violence.

3. Identity Integrity & Reviews

  • Creation of duplicate accounts to bypass negative ratings or system bans is strictly prohibited.
  • Artificial feedback manipulation, fake review trading, or shilling bid submissions is illegal.
  • Impersonation of another person or entity will result in immediate account termination.

4. Enforcement & Account Suspensions

Zoodo reserves the right to issue warnings, freeze pending escrow balances under investigation, or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
